My Major Financial Prediction For 2010
Wednesday 27th
January 2010
by Glenn Fisher
I called it pretty good last time round...You see, this time last year, in the January issue of Shortcut Confidential I predicted what would happen to the FTSE in 2009.
At the time it was all doom and gloom.
Most financial commentators were predicting the end of the world and thought 2009 would be some kind of Apocalypse Now for the markets.
As I said then, in the short term I tended to agree.
At least for the first few months of 2009 I expected the FTSE to continue to fall.
And it did.
But this is where I departed from the norm.
I predicted that by March/April the FTSE would head back up again.
I expected positivity all the way into 2010 and advised that you should look to get back in the stock market at that point.
So, what happened?
No sooner did March come, than the FTSE started climbing.
And it climbed. And it climbed.
It climbed from 3512.09 in March all the way up to 5412.88 in December.
A 54% increase.
Still, even with the rally underway, professional financial commentators were hanging about, too scared to say if the rally was sustainable.
As I said, I expected positivity all the way into 2010. And apart from your usually short-term bumps - that’s exactly what we saw.
Not bad, right?
So, what do I think is going to happen this year?
Well, that’s the topic of discussion in my introduction to this month’s issue of Shortcut Confidential.
In fact, as well as predicting what I think will happen to the FTSE this year (and it’s something no financial commentator is expecting), I predict the next leader of the Labour Party... AND who’ll be the next Conservative leader too.
Plus, I explain how you could make a few bob from these predictions too.
And that’s just the first article of this month’s issue.
The rest of the issue is packed with even more ways to make money, save money and improve your lifestyle...
We’ve got sports betting expert Harrison Moran, forex expert Tom Tragett, copywriting expert John Forde, scam- buster Ben Catt, entrepreneurial expert Mark Wallace and a whole host more.
On top of that, by becoming a member of my monthly Shortcut Confidential newsletter this month, you’ll get a free copy of my latest income generator guide: Income Accelerator Secrets.
