You see I’m hectically running around trying to sort out something I’ve been working on for a while now...

The money-maker I’ve been quietly working on

I started on this a while ago.

I’ve been testing it myself and it’s been working a dream - I’ve been picking up tidy profits every few days.

Look, they’re not the biggest profits in the world. But they’ve certainly helped me treat myself a little more here and there.

I did this with Shortcut readers in mind. I know a lot of people are looking for something cheap, something that doesn’t take loads of time and something that is very low risk.

Well. I think this might be it. It’s something everyone can do. It doesn’t involve having to start your own business, play the markets, or betting.

In my opinion it’s a great little second income opportunity and that’s why I’m so happy that it’s almost ready.

But I still have to do some tweaks here and there before I can reveal all.

Kick start your business with Julie and Julia

Last night I went to the cinema to see Julie and Julia, a film about Julie Powell and Julia Child.

If you’ve not heard of those two - Julia Child was the first American woman to write a definite English language guide to French cuisine.

That was back in the 50s.

In 2002, Julie Powell decided to cook her way through all of Julia Child’s 524 recipes in 365 days.

But here’s why I mention it...

While cooking her way through the recipes, Julie ‘blogged’ about it.

Just by talking about what she was doing, the thing she loved to do, she developed a huge online following.

I often talk in Shortcut about how you should take what it is that you enjoy doing and approach it from an angle from which you could blog about it.

I just thought this was a great little reminder that if you put yourself into it, you can make a blog work...
